Kaia Estates Rocks!!!!!

Take a look at these wonderful rock formations off the coast on Amyris - one of Kaia Estates' beautiful residential islands. Complete with wild water they add another dimension to our already popular island and have been described by Floyd Tigerpaw (Estate Manager and rock-wrangler :-)) ) as a little bit of the Scottish coast transported to Second Life.

New! Seli House Design at Amyris! And Free Starter Furniture Pack!

We have a new house design at Kaia - the Seli. A pretty cabin-style luxury home with our signature glass and wood floors. The house boasts a large skylight over the bedroom so you can look up at the stars as you drift off to the sound of the waterfall.

Overlooking the lake at Amyris, the Seli is L$899 a week for 300 prims. Picture attached - find the landmark in the Estate Office!

We are also pleased to announce a brand new cream linen furniture starter pack which is available free to new (and existing) Kaia Estates tenants. Please ask for a box when you rent your home and we will deliver it straight to your profile box! The only thing we won't do is shift the couches and beds.... ;-)
