Kaia's Hallowe'en Home Decorating Competition Winner 2009!

Congratulations to Sarah Baran who wins 2000L$ in our Hallowe'en Home Decorating Competition!

Several residents entered and the houses all looked wonderful - judging was tough!

In the end Sarah won as she had kept her design simple and had fitted it around the layout of the house, enhancing it.

Many thanks to everyone that took part - it was alot of fun! Who knows...maybe we will have another at Christmas...:-)

Sandalwood Goes Tropical!

Well, I have been digging and planting all day and finally Sandalwood has the tropical look it truly deserves!

Beautiful realistic palm trees have replaced the arrangements that were dotted around and wooden plank walkways lead you through the hot steamy foliage. Pretty bridges span the waterways and all around you the sound of exotic birds and the buzzing of insects.....can't you just feel the heat? :-))

Offshore islands promise more than just the vast blue of the SL ocean...click to sit on them and see what happens.....

Watch this space as we plan to upgrade the other islands in a similar fashion....when I have had my nails manicured back to normal..... ;-))

Cabrueva - Kaia's Most Secluded Sim Is Now Open!

I am pleased to announce that Kaia's newest Sim Cabrueva is now open!

Beautifully landscaped, Cabrueva is a mountain-themed Sim and will host only 7 homes each with larger than usual Kaia-sized parcels.

Great care has been taken to ensure each parcel is private and secluded and has gorgeous views across the neighbouring Sims or out into the ocean where rocky islands break the expanse of SL blue water.
