Just to introduce a new house design exclusive to Kaia Estates......the Tich Plus.
With a few modifications the Tich, one of Kaia's most popular smaller designs, now has extra space and light.
The addition of a cute wooden staircase leading up to a stripped wood mezzanine floor with glass walls makes a great bedroom. And the house has plenty of room on the ground floor for a living room and a kitchen (if you cook in SL!)
With fully tinting windows you are assured privacy whilst still being able to look out over the beautiful Kaia scenery.
We have rezzed 4 or 5 of the new designs around the islands - go check them out - we are sure you will love them! And exisiting residents...if you would like to move to one of the new homes please let us know. We will try and accomodate your wishes if we can :-)
