Brand New House Design - Exclusive to Kaia Estates!

Just to introduce a new house design exclusive to Kaia Estates......the Tich Plus.

With a few modifications the Tich, one of Kaia's most popular smaller designs, now has extra space and light.

The addition of a cute wooden staircase leading up to a stripped wood mezzanine floor with glass walls makes a great bedroom. And the house has plenty of room on the ground floor for a living room and a kitchen (if you cook in SL!)

With fully tinting windows you are assured privacy whilst still being able to look out over the beautiful Kaia scenery.

We have rezzed 4 or 5 of the new designs around the islands - go check them out - we are sure you will love them! And exisiting residents...if you would like to move to one of the new homes please let us know. We will try and accomodate your wishes if we can :-)

Exclusive Gorgeous Musical Bear Now Available at the Marina!

As you may know Floyd Tigerpaw, Kaia's Estate Manager, is a very talented singer/songwriter and musician in RL :-)

By way of bringing his great music to you Meggie and Floyd have combined their creative SL talents (such as they are!) and come up with a cute animated musical bear.

Floyd says ' He is a crafty teddy bear with adorably animated guitar-playing poses that must be seen. He strums like a pro, sings on demand and smiles like honey'. How can you resist that?!

He comes free with an in-world jukebox that plays a full-length track " with no parcel streaming media permissions needed.

The Musical Bear comes boxed with instructions and transfer permission, so would also make an ideal present for someone special.

Now available at the shop on the marina and from XStreet.

Part of the Wicker Collection, the bed has a soft cream linen base and is covered with cushions in gentle rose and fresh green chenille. Complete with 5 animated poses....1 couple cuddle and 4 single poses ranging from sitting through to a refreshing snooze.

Today is the day you have been waiting for!!! TranceFusion - Kaia's new club - is opening today at 4pm SLT. With chilling tunes and relaxing rock it is THE place to be in Second Life.

Come check out it out! Work out the frustrations of the day on our unique dance floor, lay back in the chill pit where huge, soft, squashy cushions await your tired avi.....let the soft grooves wash over you while you gaze up at the stars through the panoramic glass roof.
